There were issues with noise from the surrounding nightlife, making it difficult to sleep.

Location was great, walking distance to some of the amazing attractions Florence has to offer. Rooms were large.

The hotel we stayed at was absolutely luxurious. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the room had exclusive amenities that made our stay unforgettable. The Jacuzzi was very relaxing, and we enjoyed a massage in our room. The breakfast, served in-room, was delicious and the bar area was cozy.

The only minor issue was that there wasn't a proper restaurant on-site. However, the hotel provided private facilities for intimate and exclusive dining experiences that made up for it.

Our stay in the Palazzo Vecchietti was one of the best experiences ever. Having travelled a lot and visited other luxury hotels, also in Firenze, The Palazzo is surely one of our top 3 hotels ever! Fantastic location, superb service with eye for detail, very kind personell, you name it, we cannot find any negative points!

The staff stood out as the best thing in this incredible hotel. From the moment we entered until the moment we left they were exceptionally helpful. They were our guides to the city suggesting where to go what to see and booking and reserving these things for us.

What a stunning weekend! The rooms were incredibly well designed and so spacious, with beautiful artwork and décor. We loved the excellent location, with famous restaurants and attractions steps away from the hotel's door. But the best aspects of our stay were the helpful and friendly staff, who recommended the best spots to eat, shop and enjoy the city. The breakfast was lovely, with a delicious variety of pastries and fruits. Plus, the hotel offered convenient transportation arrangements for us.

Frankly, we cannot think of anything to dislike. Our stay was perfect, and we could not have asked for a better experience.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the complimentary champagne and spirits, and the friendly staff who welcomed us. The hotel's location was perfect; it was close to the main shopping areas and plenty of restaurants. Another plus was the comfortable bed, which made our stay very relaxing.

The room had an unpleasant smell and the bathroom was not as clean as we expected. The noise from the surrounding rooms and hallways was also quite disruptive, which made it difficult to sleep at night.
